The Governors of Castledown School are working to promote the interests of all students attending the school. They do this by  playing an active part in school life mainly through its committees – Teaching and Learning; Finance; Staffing and the over arching Strategy Committee which comprises the Chairs of the other Committees. The Chair of Governors is currently Mr Darren Savage, who can be contacted through the school.

 The Governors also have a role to play in school discipline through its Governors Disciplinary Committee which meets to discuss and decide upon permanent exclusions recommended by the Headteache

The next full Governors meeting will held on the evening of Wednesday 9th July.
